Who we are:
The New England Chapter of the Richard III Society serves the six New England states. Brought together by their enthusiasm for Medieval History and the controversy surrounding Richard III, members meet employing a variety of venues* to share information, debate historical topics, and enjoy a sense of fellowship.
*Electronically via email and discussion group; and in person semi-annually, usually at a public venue such as a library. See schedule below for details.

The main event is a Skype call with Michelle Schindler. She will be discussing her research on Francis Lovell. Michelle is a B. A. student and has been researching Francis Lovell for several years. Her forthcoming book, “Lovell our Dogge: The Life of Viscount Lovell, Closest Friend of Richard III and Failed Regicide,” Amberley Publishing, is targeted for the Fall/Winter 2019. Check out her blog post on Francis’s character here.
There will be a short meeting and raffle (usually, books and other items of Ricardian and medieval interest) following the conference call.
Because of the limited space, we ask that you “brown bag” lunch. Beverages will be provided.
